New Site

Overview:  Created new Donor Value Proposition, then designed it into a new website and Donor Engagement software.

Designed and built website, created all copy and videos. landing pages, email sequences, CRM integration. Landing page form starts constituent User Journey automated marketing series based on user's choice.

Situation:

The client's site, pacificcancerfoundation.org: 

  • Not designed for donor, corporate or volunteer engagement. 
  • Current URL hard to remember and promote in radio, print & social media campaigns.
  • Current site was only designed to communicate schedules and basic services to clients. 
  • Lacked content to engage donors, corporate sponsor, or volunteers.
  • Limited Tech Stack in Current site built using SquareSpace. Easy to use for staff but lacked key features.
  • No links into client's donor management system to capture leads.
  • Prior donor management system (Little Green Light) lacked important marketing and CRM features.

Solution:

  • I purchased url MauiGives.Org for the client. Easy to promote and remember.
  • Developed messaging to explain what foundation does and why it matters.
  • Wrote copy. Choose images. Highlighted video: "People You've Helped".
  • Conducted software evaluation. Chose 'Salsa'.
  • Developed landing pages with email sequences, and link to Salsa.
